The Site
The site was originally built in the 1970s by the site’s former owners, Air Products. Air Products occupied the majority of the space and are now moving to a smaller and more modern office.
Currently, the site features a 190,000sqft office over four commercial storeys, alongside smaller ancillary buildings and 680 surface level car parking spaces. The site is no longer fit for modern office use and will soon be vacant.
With changing working patterns and housing need continuing to grow locally, The Berkeley Group believe that the Hersham Place Technology Park site now presents an exciting opportunity to deliver new homes for the local area. We understand that there is a significant need for new housing in the borough with limited brownfield opportunities for development. This brownfield site will allow new high quality homes to be brought forward to help meet local needs and help to provide benefits to the community in Hersham.
